Garages

Air-conditioned double car garages are available for purchase for US $200,000. The garages are located under the East and West wing of the hotel.

All Dolphin Point Club owners will have access to electric vehicle charging stations in the above ground parking spots. There will be no electric charging in the garages due to the risk of thermal runaway fires associated with electric batteries.

Garages are only available to owners at Dolphin Point Club. If an owner sells their unit in the future, they must sell the garage with the unit.
